I'm looking for a web designer to work for an internet company in Santa Clara.
Skills should include:
* Excellent understanding of user interface design principles, product build cycle, and working within cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
* Expert at creating functional specifications including wire frames, mockups and interactive prototypes using: Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio.
* Working knowledge of web programming with supporting coursework: HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash, and AJAX
* Experience with all phases of usability testing including user profiles / personas, task analysis, test moderation, and reporting.
* Collaborate well with peers and clients.
* Excellent attention to detail, written and interpersonal.
Salary pays up to $100K, with great benefits/perks.

If they don't like you or you *really* don't meet the requirements, you will find out. If they do like you and/or you do meet the requirements, you will find out.
